After my daughter was born I needed two units of blood to replace the blood I lost. I am forever grateful for the blood I received, from people I love acting as God’s angels to save my own life. As a Christian, Heart to Heart Israel speaks loudly to my heart by giving me the opportunity to support Israel’s national blood bank, to be sure that all Israeli mothers who need blood after the miracle of delivering a baby can receive it, and have the same privilege I have. Or, to provide blood to every mother’s child, to be sure that whether her child gets injured on the playground or in a car accident, requires scheduled surgery, or that child is a soldier defending the State, that there is always enough blood no matter what. Heart to Heart Israel is the most personal and meaningful way to bless Israel I can imagine.
